bay). This is a regulation of our license to operate

Please
note you are camping in a natural environment. Every precaution has been taken
to ensure the safety of our guests, whilst maintaining a bush setting. However,
there is always risk of falling branches, slippery or loose surfaces, snakes
and other creepy crawlies. Please be
aware of your surroundings. In the event of “acts of God” no insurance company
will cover the cost of damage.
Park Rules
·
Follow
the direction and instruction given by park staff
·
Speed
limit is strictly 8km/hr **WALKING PACE**
·
If
you wish to stay hitched it is an additional $10 per night as it takes 2 bays,
and must be advised at check in. Subject to availability.
·
Vans
must stay within allocated bay – no overhanging white line
·
Vehicles
to be parked in front of Van
·
Office
is to be notified and visitors are to be paid for before they stay, cars can be
parked in deli car park
·
Nothing
larger than a tent peg is to be driven into the ground (due to reticulation
that cannot be seen)
·
Nothing
obstructing or to be placed into garden beds and lawn areas (dog pens,
ornaments, personal plants etc)
·
Helmets
must be worn when riding bikes and scooters
·
No
noise after 9pm
·
Water
restrictions apply, so washing of cars and vans is prohibited
Check In – Check Out Times
·
Check
in is from 1pm, if you arrive early you will be asked to wait. This is so we
can water, mow, and conduct repairs between 10am – 1pm (3hrs)
·
Check
out time is strictly 10am, if you don’t check out prior to 10am you will
forfeit your key deposit
Laundry, Ablutions, Camp Kitchen, Fire
Pits and BBQ’s
·
If
you require a disabled toilet key please ask at check in, a normal key will not
open them.
·
Washers
($4.00) & Dryers ($2.00) take $1 or $2 coins
·
Children
under 12 not permitted unsupervised in ablution block
·
Ablution
block closed for cleaning between 10am-11.30am everyday. Additional toilets
available at Deli
·
Please
turn off lights in laundry, ablution block and campers kitchen when not in use
·
It
is against the Health Act to do your Laundry in the basins or showers. If you
are caught doing so you will be asked to leave with no refund
·
No
washing of Shoes or pet bedding in the washing machine or dryers
·
BBQ’s
to be cleaned after use
·
BBQs
take $1 coins. $2 is 15min use.
·
Rubbish
to be wrapped or tied securely before being placed in bins provided
·
Personal
Fire pits are strictly prohibited
·
Use
of two onsite fire pits only during periods set by local shire. Please see
link below for current advice. Rangers will issue fines if burning out of

Long Term Guests
·
Long
term guests is anyone staying 8 days or more
·
Long
term guests are to reside in the ensuites only – only suitable for caravan and
motor homes
·
Maximum
booking of 3 months
·
Ensuites
will not be serviced (bins will be emptied weekly)
·
Visitors
must report to office and be paid for before their stay
·
Rent
is to be paid a week in advance at all times
·
No
pets allowed for long term stays
Pets
·
Pets
must be kept on a lead AT ALL TIMES whilst in the Park.
·
The
owner must clean up IMMEDIATELY after the pet at all times, waste bags are to
be disposed of in the bins near dump points
·
Pet
pens must be portable, so they can easily be moved if the need be.
·
Pets
must not be left alone, onsite, at any time during your stay.
·
Pets
must not be allowed to bark or indulge in antisocial or destructive behavior at
any time.
·
As
the pet owner you accept full responsibility for any personal injury or damage
caused by your pet whilst in our park.
·
The
decision to allow a guest with a pet into the park is at the Managers absolute
discretion at all times.
·
The
Manager reserves the right to ask any guest with a pet to leave immediately,
with no refund given, if any of the above rules are not complied with, or if
the pet is causing a nuisance.
Deposits and Cancellation Policy
·
Cancellations
must be advised in writing (Email)
·
All
Cancellations will incur a $20 Administration Fee
·
Bookings
Cancelled MORE than 14 days will be refunded minus the $20
·
Bookings
cancelled between 7-14 days will forfeit 50% of booking
·
No
refund will be given to any booking cancelled or amended less than 7 days prior
to your stay
·
If
your booking is cancelled due to a lockdown, the booking will be placed in
credit for future use for 6 months.
·
Once
arrived for your stay no refund will be given
·
Refunds
will be issued within 7 days
·
Bookings
are non transferable, if you are unable to stay, we reserve the right to
contact people on our wait list first.
